‘Two sessions in and I’m absolutely loving it. I fell out of fitness and a friend persuaded me to come along for a cycle session. I left feeling super energised, the coaches have been super friendly and it’s opened my eyes to the value of exercise again. I was slightly sceptical thinking it would be just another gym. The cycle sessions are really focused on improving your fitness not the shouty, dancy stuff you usually get. The care, attention & support I’ve had so far has left me so motivated. Everyone there is really friendly. I’m now going to try their small group personal training sessions & will be a regular. They’ve reminded me of the importance of building strength training into my routine as a women over 40.’

‘I have been going religiously for just over 2 years. On average 4 times a week. I have seen huge a transformation to my fitness levels, endurance and overall physical and mental health. I have built this up over time through the support and guidance of the instructors. Each and every one of them have a professional approach, and the sessions are so well designed they are able to teach, correct and guide you as if you have your own personal session. The time and care they spend updating and tweaking their sessions to fit everyone’s desires is fabulous! From strength sessions (weights) to cycling, to a mixed session of boxing, weights and cardio the sessions are so varied, welcoming and just fabulously invigorating! You won’t regret going but you will regret not going!’

‘I've been a member here for just over a year now and I can honestly say out of all the different gyms and fitness classes this really is the best place to come. Everyone that attends is very friendly and inviting plus all the instructors are lovely and make you feel at ease and welcome from the moment you enter the studio. The different sessions on offer will make it feel as if you get more of a personal trainer session.
I recommend to anyone wanting to either get back into fitness or change from the normal gym environment.’
