What we really mean by ‘FASED’

When we talk about FASED we’re not talking about doing more or pushing harder for the sake of it.

 

FASED stands for Fitter And Stronger Every Day, and it reflects what we’re trying to achieve with our strength and fitness training, building beyond the indoor cycling studio we started as Cycle Society.

 

Over the last 18 months, we’ve focused on building a more complete fitness programme. Our FASED method gives that programme a clearer structure and identity, helping people build fitness into their everyday life and making it a non negotiable.

 

It’s about having a clear path to follow, training consistently and seeing progress over time.

 

That’s what sits behind the FASED approach and how we programme our strength and fitness sessions alongside our indoor cycle and stretch sessions.

It's our mission to get our community following our FASED approach to training.  Not just joining us for indoor cycle, but the full package, to help get you Fitter + Stronger Every Day.
