Our community achieved some awesome things recently!
At the end of April, Carrie, Karen, Michele & Nicole completed Hyrox in Cardiff!
Hyrox is a fitness race combining running, strength & functional workouts. They’ve been training 3-4 times a week with guidance from Steve and the team. We are so proud of them, and loved that other members showed up and cheered them on!
We’ll be adding elements of the Hyrox workout to our Small Group Fitness sessions very soon, watch this space!
